The HSE 71 electric hedge trimmer has all the power you need to cut tough branches in your garden.
The rotary handle has five positions between 0 and 90 degrees so that you can trim your hedges comfortably, whether trimming vertically or horizontally.
The transparent hand guard gives you a clear view of the blades so you can see what you are cutting and the laser-cut, diamond-ground blades stay sharper for longer.
The HSE 71 is fitted with a short 0.5m cable. An extension cable (sold separately) is required for use.
Features
Laser-cut diamond-ground blades
Each blade is laser cut and ground using diamond discs. The hardened cutting edges are highly resilient and remain sharp for a longer period of time.
Rotatable multi-function handle
ERGONOMIC, COMFORTABLE WORKING. The rotatable multi-function handle enables precise and comfortable cutting with your hedge trimmer, when working sideways and at head height. It can be rotated 90° to the left and right, and so is also suitable for left-handed and right-handed users. This means the tool is always in the most ergonomically effective position in your hand.
Triple switch system
The STIHL HSE 71 and HSE 81 come with the triple switch system to help increase safety when using the hedge trimmer.
Cable strain relief
PREVENTS INADVERTENT DISCONNECTION. Cable strain relief fixes the extension cable securely to the tool. This will prevent your electrical tool from accidentally becoming disconnected from the power supply.
